Kandyce Crandall, LMT

Born and raised in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, I graduated from Cortiva Institute-Brenneke School of Massage in 2008. I have many interests from home and landscape design and improvement projects, to getting my hands dirty in the garden and playing with my two dogs, Rick and Ruby. I love to travel, ride my motorcycle and in 2015, I became a private pilot. I very much enjoy flying around, exploring the nearby San Juan Islands and checking out the many small airports across the Pacific Northwest. Being the child of a deaf parent, I am also fluent in American Sign Language. I have a compassionate, gentle and intuitive nature which balances out all the adrenaline seeking activities I love to participate in.

I do not believe that you should feel pain during a massage, or ‘no pain no gain’. Pain is a sign that tissue damage is being done and that is the opposite of what I want to accomplish with my clients. Instead, I believe that firm but gentle application of massage techniques allows for relaxation and access to deeper musculature, which in turn helps to achieve the most effective results from the massage session. I use a combination of deep tissue, Swedish massage and treatment techniques during each session. I’m a good listener and work with my clients to provide a truly customized massage experience. I understand that time is valuable so if something isn't working I will try a different technique so that you get the most out of our time together.

I look forward to working with you soon!
