90 Minute Massage - $130
120 Minute Massage - $150

Gift certificates are always available.

Insurance:

As of January 2019, I will no longer bill individual health insurance companies. I will gladly supply you with a receipt for services that you can use to apply for reimbursement through your insurance company. Please note that insurance does not cover relaxation massage. 

For PIP/L&I claims: You must have a current prescription for therapeutic massage with ICD-10 diagnosis codes, a treatment start date and the number of visits. Please email the following information as soon as possible: The name of your insurance carrier, your claim number, the date of the accident, and the name and phone number of your claims manager. 

Personal Injury Protection (PIP) -We are willing to bill your Personal Injury Protection coverage (PIP) as long as you provide the required information as soon as possible so we can confirm coverage.  

Workers Comp/L&I - Please contact your claims manager to confirm that your claim is open and request an authorization for massage prior to making your appointment. 

Cancellation Policy: 

Please provide 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment.  Without 24 hours notice of cancellation, I reserve the right to charge for session time, if I so choose.
